PCB & Pak Cricket fans! Here are some tips for your cricket reformation: 1. Hire a desi coach who's well knowledgeable and exposed to the world outside Pakistan, like Wasim Akram, Azhar Mahmood, Shoaib Akhtar. Reason: Communication barrier and mutual understanding between a foreign coach and your players. 2. Start taking fitness and fielding seriously. The level of your teams fitness and fielding is like they are playing cricket in 70-80's decade. 3. Stop selecting the squad from same set of 20-25 players, you're already doing it for last 4-5 yrs. Try giving chances to new players. 4. Find a hard hitting batsmen and allrounders like we have Pandya, Eng have Livingston/Stokes Moin, Aus have Maxwell/Stoinis and even Bangla have Shaqib. The allrounders you got are Imad, Shadab, Iftikhar erc are Ultra Light Allrounders, who rarerly power hit with bat. 4. Find a full time spinner. 5. Stop heavily relying on your pace attack for defending you a below par score or for setting you a below par target. 6. Last one is eye opener: Stop giving so much hype to overrated Babar Azam. He's just a good batsman, but nowhere near to Kohli, Williamson, Root, Smith. Considering Babar Azam as the greatest batsman of current era, you've blindfolded yourself to look beyond Babar and find someone actually as good as Kohli, Root, Williamson, Smith or Maybe someone better than them. Babar or any other batsman from the current Pak squad can only score when opponentbis easy peasy or conditions are easy peasy.
